LABUST has taken part in many scientific research projects relating to underwater systems and technologies in various roles. This includes numerous international (FP7, H2020, ONRG, INTERREG,...) as well as national projects.
On March 14, 2019, Antonio Vasilijević held a lecture titled "Breaking the Surface - New technologies for exploration and conservation of underwater archaeological heritage" at the Great Hall of the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb, as part of a cycle on Archaeology of Adriatic Shipbuilding and Seafearing. The authors of the presentation are professors dr. sc. Nikola Mišković and dr. sc. Antonio Vasilijević, both from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of the University of Zagreb.
