LABUST has taken part in many scientific research projects relating to underwater systems and technologies in various roles. This includes numerous international (FP7, H2020, ONRG, INTERREG,...) as well as national projects.
Our member Associate professor and UNIZG-FER Vice Dean for Research Nikola Mišković was a guest speaker on the Croatian National Television, appearing in the TV show Treći Element (Third Element) as an expert on Artificial Intelligence and robotics. In the episode titled "Artificial Intelligence - the End of Humankind", together with the other participants of the panel, he discussed the future of AI in the world and in Croatia, what advantages and future uses it will have, what problems may occur, what its impact on the job market will be and how the use will be regulated and defined by law.
