LABUST has taken part in many scientific research projects relating to underwater systems and technologies in various roles. This includes numerous international (FP7, H2020, ONRG, INTERREG,...) as well as national projects.
The University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing presented itself in cooperation with the Croatian Military Academy at the Adriatic Sea Defense and Aerospace exhibition and demonstration, an event dedicated to defense, aerospace, cyber defense & homeland security. It was held in Split on 10th and 11th April 2019. Professor Zoran Vukić went there for LABUST and presented the autonomous surface platform H2OmniX, developed as part of the aPad project, which can be used for diver support, port security applications, shallow water mapping, and other applications related to homeland security.
