LABUST has taken part in many scientific research projects relating to underwater systems and technologies in various roles. This includes numerous international (FP7, H2020, ONRG, INTERREG,...) as well as national projects.
LABUST showcased its work at MUZZA 2025 during the 4th Week of Science, held from April 10th to 13th at the SEECEL Zagreb (The South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning). This event highlighted the significant contributions of the non-profit association MUZZA in promoting science, technology, culture, education, and sustainable societal development.
Alongside other laboratories from FER and numerous exhibitors: universities, schools, companies, and science and technology-related associations, LABUST played a pivotal role in the event's success.
LABUST members presented captivating demonstrations together with the partners of the SailIntoSTEAM project, including a wind tunnel, several small-scale sailing experiments and an environmental protection board game. Additionally, select visitors were given the opportunity to remotely control a robot from a distance of 2 km at LABUST's pool.
