LABUST has taken part in many scientific research projects relating to underwater systems and technologies in various roles. This includes numerous international (FP7, H2020, ONRG, INTERREG,...) as well as national projects.
On 29th of February 2020, LABUST's member Dula Nad attended the First European Robotics Talent Festival. The festival took place in Varazdin, Croatia. He gave a talk on underwater robotics to an audience of primary and secondary school students. The festival also included student competitions in various mobile robotics disciplines. The festival was organised by Varazdin County, European Talent Centre Croatia and Centre of Excellence in New Technologies.
