subCULTRon workshop in Venice

On Wednesday, 26 June 2019, members of LABUST and LARICS departed to Venice for the subCULTron project workshop. During the first week, the preparations for the experiments for detecting anoxia were conducted using aPads and aMussels robots. The testbed used for preparations was situated in Fusina camp near Venice in a relatively controlled environment near the docks. With the beginning of the following week, the team moved to the pontoon anchored near the island Sant'Angelo della Polvere in the Venice Lagoon. Near the pontoon, the robots were tested and the experiments were conducted in a less controlled and harsher environment more similar to the real life scenarios.
