LABUST has taken part in many scientific research projects relating to underwater systems and technologies in various roles. This includes numerous international (FP7, H2020, ONRG, INTERREG,...) as well as national projects.
From September 14 to 16, 2021, LABUST's InnovaMare project team organized a workshop on spin-offs in Solaris, Šibenik. This is the forurth module on business education. The programme consisted of invited talks on a mixture of lectures about the basics of spin-offs, talks by spin-offs coming from Croatia and Italy, and talks by local spin-off/start-up companies. On the last day a visit to the Incubator for new technologies "Trokut Šibenik" was organoized. Participants also visited Development Innovation Center "AluTech". Both places were founded to promote inovations, entrepreneurship, research and development.
